I have worked at MetLife for 5+ years and saw drastic change changes in work culture. Company’s policy was getting changed day by day. Job satisfaction was zero. Career opportunities were too less. Company started doing favouritism and communal. Only single community was getting promoted. Deserving people were avoided every time in promotions. No ombudsman in the company to get resolved the challenges of employees. Company’s head were lease interested to understand the problems of employee’s. Company is facing high attrition but no one is still bother to resolve employees issue....Read More

MetLife is currently in bad hands, I really used to feel proud working with MetLife but later things went drastically changed due to multiple wrong promotions. These people started promoting only one single community and ignored highly capable employees. The current leader doesn’t have idea how worst this thing will go. Company’s attrition percentage is almost 50 to 60 percent. Fake data are being reported from long time. Less employee’s satisfaction, less career opportunities, less training.
