This is an indirect role with Hitachi Energy as client and PiServe as payroll. 1 year contract WFH and likelihood of extension of contract. I'm not very sure on stability and long term growth.
I'm 32 years old and I need help whether a higher package is what I should chase at the moment or think about the future and stick with a stable company? I don't want to end with no job if I try to switch later. Any opinions are welcome, please share your thoughts.
