Transport facility is available free of cost for both side no matter which shift you are in. Career growth is there but only in certain fields & it will happen only if u perform bcoz there will be competition. Work culture is friendly. There is a mix of people but definitely u won't find any friends for life in any corporate. There i s a childcare room for strong professional ladies to bring their kids for full day & they will be taken care of by expert childcare staff. There is a gym but it depends on which process you are in as chances are that bcoz of the workload you won't be able to hit the gym at all....Read More

The timings are really not good. Based on your process, you get nights shifts and most processes are in night shift. Timings: 6:30pm-3:30am which disrupts your regular routine. The salary is a concern. Freshers don't get much. The growth is such that u have be in a certain role for about 1.5-2 years to see an appraisal that too won't make a difference<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. The incentives are paid based on monthly performance which is okay</mark>. Managers aren't supportive if you want to make a switch to another process. They just want results and would make you work like a dog! And yes, some processes do have targets. Now it's upto you how you handle the pressure!! Good luck :)...Read More

Work is good. There are always new scenarios in claims department. So, it's never monotonous. But it gets hectic for sure.!

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
