The eviroment is good and very supportive team leaders. They keep 1 day in a month only for training specially on new skills. Job security wise its a great place cause they have been adding peope even in lockdown whereas other agencies were firing or giving salary cuts. So no issue on that front. Nothing as such. But there are 8-10 people who are there from last 5 years or more and they get the best of projects and money compared new people. So you need to spend coupls of years in company to become part of the senior group.

Metier Media offers proper exposure to a fresher who wants to get into advertising. The projects are interesting and challenging, especially in the content writing and SEO department. The co-workers are friendly and always ready to help, which provides a proper learning curve.

LOW SALARY and the boss doesn't respect the employees. The employees were good, but the most of the left the agency because the many bad reasons.

LOW SALARY. Their were 2 owners, the one which looks after the office, was removed from the office. Because he forced (use to touch their body) many girls in a bad way. From which one of the girl spoken up about what he did. And because of that he was removed from the office. Their is no way to learn for FREASHERS, because most of the seniors from GRAPHICS, CONTENT and SEO has left the agency because of LOW SALARY. They have big clients on board. And pretty big team. Its very performance driven place where hard work definately pays off. Only Maska polish dosent work here.

Worst company to work with. The employees are treated as mankey and get peanuts as salary. To summarise I must say don't ruin your precious time for this place. If you are not smart enough you'll be humiliated and molested.

There is no travel out of city for client meeting. It is done mostly by client servicing team so you never get to meet them face to face.

Company environment is good but CEO behaviour is too much bad. Also one of the most important thing is they block your experience certificate if you ask a reason then they said i teach you everything just stay in and work with us 1 yr more. Then they will give you the certificate. Also salary scale is too bad. At this year 2020 company starting payment scales are 8k. Its too low. And 2-3 yrs experience person got only 18k to 20k. Nothing as such. Requires dedication and hard work all the time to sustain and survive here. And hence some lazy people do not like it or crib about it. I was fine with it so no issues at all.
