Worked with this company for 4 years. Started as a junior SEO executive and in 4 years reached to SEO analyst position before moving on. What i liked about this company is they believe on performance and results only at the same time push us to learn more and implement newest methods on live projects.

Dislikes

They promote only basis performance and no of years spent is not considered.

LOW SALARY and the boss doesn't respect the employees. The employees were good, but the most of the left the agency because the many bad reasons.

LOW SALARY. Their were 2 owners, the one which looks after the office, was removed from the office. Because he forced (use to touch their body) many girls in a bad way. From which one of the girl spoken up about what he did. And because of that he was removed from the office. Their is no way to learn for FREASHERS, because most of the seniors from GRAPHICS, CONTENT and SEO has left the agency because of LOW SALARY. They have big clients on board. And pretty big team. Its very performance driven place where hard work definately pays off. Only Maska polish dosent work here.

Strict on deadline. And always treat client's word as final. And ofcourse you cant miss a deadline.

Worst company to work with. The employees are treated as mankey and get peanuts as salary. To summarise I must say don't ruin your precious time for this place. If you are not smart enough you'll be humiliated and molested.

There is no travel out of city for client meeting. It is done mostly by client servicing team so you never get to meet them face to face.

They have good knowledgeable team. If you start your career then this is good platform for learning.

Company environment is good but CEO behaviour is too much bad. Also one of the most important thing is they block your experience certificate if you ask a reason then they said i teach you everything just stay in and work with us 1 yr more. Then they will give you the certificate. Also salary scale is too bad. At this year 2020 company starting payment scales are 8k. Its too low. And 2-3 yrs experience person got only 18k to 20k. The client list is pretty impressive. And you get to learn advance concepts simply because clients have budgets to experiment.

Dislikes

Nothing as such. Requires dedication and hard work all the time to sustain and survive here. And hence some lazy people do not like it or crib about it. I was fine with it so no issues at all.
