Likes

Seniors are very supportive , I am really thankful to my HOD's & Top management for their kind support and giving job security during Lockdown. Also our company believes in more and more progress in their own manufacturing products.

Dislikes

Hygiene level is not up to the marks. It's very poor.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
