The requirements and use cases are strong, allowing me to gain valuable domain knowledge. Upper managements always supports the developers when we have hard time. The culture is good with flexible work timimigs.

Dislikes

I find it challenging that we have yet to fully integrate the latest software for tracking burnouts and project management. Although there has been progress with the implementation of sprint plans and boards, a comprehensive Agile SDLC is still not in place.

The project manager at this company is someone who seems to be driven more by ego and personal grudges. This individual often appears to hold onto past conflicts and lets personal issues affect the team's dynamics and productivity. Additionally, the reporting structure in the company is problematic. The project manager tends to promote individuals who can be easily controlled or manipulated, rather than fostering a team of competent and independent thinkers. This has created a culture where the true potential of the team is underutilized, and only those willing to follow orders without question get ahead. The hybrid model of work is the best thing about Metayb. Also they celebrate all the functions and HRs involve everyone for decision makings on events and functions. Good work life balance and also lot of new learnings about integration between Finance and AI.

The vibe at the office was generally good. The chances to learn and enhance the skills is enormous here as they use the latest of technologies in SAP.

Given that we serve Tolaram, there were instances where communication could’ve been clearer. It sometimes resulted in some confusion around the expectations
