No MNC culture. The company is trying to capture big names as its clients, as a result, is getting mediocre work with absolute lack of a mutual respect bases relationship. Its employees are mere vendors for the clients. Infrastructure is very poor.

Appraisals are really bad and somthing they need to work on. Also, HR system is huge with no efficiency. They respond in days for small quires.

Company culture is good and other factors depends on which team you are working with, in my case it is very difficult to grow due to the manager and team leader.

Dislikes

Management is totally deaf they totally depend on the managers who don't pass on the actual problems of employees. HR team behaves as dictators there comunication is too rude with the employees.

Huge Delay in apraisal 10 month min some time more and higher job band took two years in apraisal.

Huge delay in appraisal process 10 month is minimum sometime take more than if job band is higher then it will take 2 years in the apraisal.
