What I like the most about the company is that the people here are talented and supportive. They value your skills and give you the space to grow. The management encourages a positive environment and listens to your ideas. They let you experiment and make decisions on the basis of your own learnings.

Strict adherence to 9-6 work hours. No/Limited Work from home opportunities. Work life balance is not balanced. Limited employee perks and benefits.

There's hardly to tell anything good about MetaApply. It was good a year ago. The things which were going wrong then wasn't taken care and now it has become a menace.

Dislikes

It has become a school. Not process oriented. Both Sr. HRBP and Associate Director comments on females and try to hide it smartly by saying 'that's not what they meant'. There would be a list of things that why you shouldn't join MetaApply. So beware. The management is clueless to what they want from the org., what they want from themselves.
