There's hardly to tell anything good about MetaApply. It was good a year ago. The things which were going wrong then wasn't taken care and now it has become a menace.

Dislikes

It has become a school. Not process oriented. Both Sr. HRBP and Associate Director comments on females and try to hide it smartly by saying 'that's not what they meant'. There would be a list of things that why you shouldn't join MetaApply. So beware. The management is clueless to what they want from the org., what they want from themselves. Dislikes

Strict adherence to 9-6 work hours. No/Limited Work from home opportunities. Work life balance is not balanced. Limited employee perks and benefits.
