Variety of products, Many things to learn, Good Group company except division at India.

Dislikes

This comment apply only for Mersen India division. 1. Bad politics, working method is poor. 2. Teammates attitude towards work is very bad. disturbing work environment. 3. No career Growth. 4. Poor management and typical managers who has very poor subject knowledge. 5. No learning, no innovation.
