The name itself carries some weightage in terms of brand value. Learned a lot about the real estate industry after joining this company. They give rewards and recognitions in return of hard work and good performance in the form of certificates, which is motivating.

Dislikes

Many of the team members and many holding the higher positions in the hierarchy lack professionalism. System follows a specific pattern of appeasement & groupism which hinders it's image as a corporate house. Many a time, proper instructions and guidelines are found missing which eventually lead to a lot of confusion.
