Work culture is good and understandable.

If you are someone who just wants to work in same company where culture is friendly with less than 2% of increment you can go. I am the employee of Merkle for more than 3 years and I am working on same salary since I have joined. Even after begging for salary hike they will not give you even 2% of hike. Merkle only give appraisals to those who are extra ordinary. So if you are someone who wants to learn with 2% of hike every year then surely this is good organisation....Read More

You will work among some of the best intuitive minds in the industry. It's a great place not covered with seniority complex, but people are more streamlined and team oriented, which will work in your favor

Dislikes

No sufficient increments, very poor approach to talent retention, and no proper training before or during work, given that most people are only freshers. Very few senior employees who are not at managerial level. However, they are improving due to Dentsu, but it still remains the highest attrition rate among its peers, only due to their no perks or good increments at all.
