Work culture and work satisfaction is the best thing about Merit. Best place for freshers to learn. Love the fact that I have worked for Merit.

Dislikes

Team handling by few managers will make lose of outstanding employees from Merit sometimes. Transparency is much needed. FEW Managers do not go with talented persons they go with who obey their words blindly.
