1. Very Supportive Staff. 2. The other staff behave like a family. 3. Safety point of view the safety officer given 100% affords.

Dislikes

1. Sometimes there is a feeling that the management discriminates between the Bengoli staff & other staff. 2. Our office time is 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM, but the staff bus was started after 6.00 PM. Every day half hour is wastage of time. 3. Food quality is too poor & they charged it from the company employ. 4. Dictatorial environment ruling by the GM.

Nam bada darshan thoda. Those worked more than 10-15 years they feel and treat others as MD. Behaviour also very rude. Also some senior teams involved on wrong practice. People also trained such a way they also put CEO in pressure, finally he left merino .
