Staff in Mumbai branch was pretty good. But all good people left now. So no worth in staying here.

Most Important :- Merino is good in giving salary timely till you are working in organization (Depends on your performance). Once you resign from Merino then they are worst in giving our hard earned money like Gratuity, Last months salary, incentive, bonus, PF. We need to do multiple follow-ups for our money but they do not have courtesy to revert. HR in Hapur factory are irresponsible while clearing the Full and final settlement of employees after resignation. 1) No skill development training. 2) They only mean business from employees but don't have courtesy for t helping employees in any personal issues. 3) Working Culture is horrible. 4) Due to location tracking & CRM implimentation it becomes difficult for sales team to work freely. It shows that they don't have a trust in their sales team. 5) I do not recommend fresher to join Merino since they do not provide proper training before joining. Even if you have experience please join only if you have good reference of friend working in Merino, otherwise you will not be able to survive due to internal politics. 6) For sales team incentive structure is not good.
