Dislikes

The compensation and work life balance can surely be better than what it is currently. Given the company is going through a stage of high growth, this would come inevitably, but this something the management definitely needs to focus on more.

You get to meet some good talent here as the company hires from tier 1 colleges also.

Dislikes

People are not very supportive. Expectations are there to stretch beyond working hours almost every day. Overall learning opportunities are less here due to the limited work and exposure.

Merilytics had tremendous growth in the last few years and huge potential in future. Provides a lot of opportunities to employees to learn & grow faster. Very challenging to work given the employee pool and demanding client needs. Great recognition for your work given the company size and accessibility to Executive leadership team.

Dislikes

Work life balance or Long working hours (at times) on few challenging projects, but they are the best projects to learn & grow.

Merilytics is a great place to work. Peer group is strong and the culture is very entrepreneurial. There is always something to learn and improve upon, if you are up for it. Communication and interactions are very professional.

The workload can be overwhelming at times. You need to be self starter who can operate independently
