Neither employees nor management seem to value the role of HR. Management consider HR as Robot. There is unequal treatment of male and female employees within HR teams. Employees are unclear about their roles and responsibilities for years Diplomatic heads are perceived as unsupportive of their team members. I had the unfortunate experience of working with Meril, and I can confidently say that it is not a place where you can learn or grow professionally. The entire HR department lacks the basic skills and knowledge required to run an effective HR function. There is a noticeable absence of professionalism, and instead, the environment isfull of office politics. The HR leadership is not proactive or competent, with many heads showing up after 11:00 am and hardly demonstrating any sense of urgency or responsibility.
