I worked at this company for over a year but recently left due to the challenging work environment after my manager got changed. The culture was highly demotivating, especially for junior employees and non CA, who were often criticized and treated disrespectfully. The HR department lacked supportive policies, particularly for femaleemployees, and mental harassment was common and HR is not supportive at all. Management used inappropriate language, creating a hostile and discouraging workplace.
