It was wonderful experience working for Merck,Its like working for my own Co.lots of new learning happened by virtue of working in different places of India.Colleagues are helpful appraisal though veiled but satisfactory,good in house sales training,corporate politics was there but its normal,suggestions were heard but work life balance is only annoying reason.

Dislikes

1)Politics & 2)work life balance, no one there to listen to your liking & disliking.in the name of professionalism.felt like after serving so many years I was sidelined & few absolutely USELESS people are working as managers in prime locations who have no experience of geographical area nor customers nor did they have contributed ever to the Co. which I felt Non Recognition for me.
