Senior Analyst

Title: Senior AnalystLocation: Electronic City,Bangalore PURPOSE OF THE POSITIONSupport Sourcing team, Life Science RESPONSIBILITIES / ACTIVITIES:Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize procurement processes and achieve cost savings.Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities and performance.Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their sourcing needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.Maintain accurate records of activities and supplier information in the respective system.Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact sourcing strategies. QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor s degree in supply chain management or a related field.Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry.Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.Proficient in using ERPs/tools such as SAP/Oracle, Palantir, Power-BI, MS-Access.Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
