Merako helped me to learn and explore new things, helped in a way to enhance my skills by directly giving exposure with clients.

Dislikes

no proper job security, we were getting salary delays like one month or so, and appraisal was not at all in the list until you ask for it, and no proper work motivation at all

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated.
