While this is part of the job, The workload can sometimes be overwhelming, especially when managing multiple technical requisition at once it can lead to long working hours
Better than industry incentives, the leadership is chasing perfection in every task - which can be perceived by a few as demanding, permanent work from home is a blessing, excellent learning platform to become the top recruiters in the game.
Dislikes
Long working hours that are typical to the industry, 6 day working (mostly customer led), workplace can be intimidating for youngsters who have not been exposed to old school ways of working in recruitment.

We would like to be honest about each point, while being considerate to your views. Honestly, we are a young company and our clients keep pushing us like a child who must learn quickly to compete with the established competitors.
1. Laptop not provided - We work 100% remote, which to many is a blessing. This comes with logistical challenges which is why we don't want to own this up for now. This must have been communicated during your interviews - if it wasn't then its our turn to learn and ensure better clarity.
2. Internet compensation not provided - Considering a few big perks of not needing to travel to office, arrange for accommodation, and eating outside, we thought this saving from your end could be adjusted against investments you can make to ensure your productivity stays top class. If you still feel this is a major cause of worry, do reach out to our leadership and we will certainly find ways to accommodate your request.
3. Continuously should be on camera during working hours. - This is a fair ask in our view since if you were to come to office everyday, you would be visible to the entire team. Our ask is the same virtually. it just helps solve problems live and greet people as though we were in office.
4. Work timings extends 9 to 9 - This is a problem, and we want to solve this more than anyone. Our clients are pushing us to test our resolve and we are reaching a position where our customers trust our delivery. With more people joining the team, we are certain this would get better on most days.
5. Extreme targets given from day 1 - We are hiring experienced talent. The skills have not changed in the market and neither have our customers. To be real, the targets are to give us direction. The real output our customers are seeking from us is to get results. If you think you are result oriented, do speak with a member of the leadership and we can very easily fix this for you.
6. If not met the targets unprofessionally they raise questions - This is a concern, and we would like to address this in a manner that respects your views and ensures the highest level of professionalism is offered to one and all.
