Founded in 2022, by Anita Mutha, Meraki TalentWorks was born with one clear goal - To ensure the best talent is made available to an organization of all sizes. Since inception, our focus has been to assist your start-up firm finds the 'right' talent for their accelerated growth. Firms who are either in their seed stage of funding, or looking to accelerate their growth story, are typically short of deep expertise in the areas of HR - Operations and Recruitment alike. Our team of specialists with a collective experience of over 200 man years, we were able to quickly turn the tide for a few product / platform firms, who were able to scale to their potential.
