Your job is not secure here, anytime you can be sent to any department, anytime you can be fired from the job...And the only reason for leaving the job is that you are not active on Linkedin and you have not left the previous company till date, So you are a thief in their eyes and they will fire you from your job. Only politics. Selection is done on basis of favouritism, casteism and may be money exchange. Working atmosphere is toxic. HR is casteist and takes Brahmans. No job security. Action against HR must be immediate. Selected candidates must be stopped from joining due to malafide reason. Director involvement is nothing, thats why hr is enjoying.
