I have worked there as a counselor & I feel that if you can survive in mentors eduserv for 6months as a counselor than you can work in any coaching center of Bihar. They train you very well in that field.

Dislikes

And there are lot of things to dislike about this institution such as there is no job security management can fire you anytime or they can change your position or department anytime. They may keep your one month salary as security deposit.

Job security is not there. If there's any complaint regarding a colleague then generally his/her side is not considered. Salary slip is not provided. Offer letter is distributed very late which is after a month or two. Everything is under control of a single person regarding job. HRs don't interact with employees. No regular feedback is taken. Only politics. Selection is done on basis of favouritism, casteism and may be money exchange. Working atmosphere is toxic. HR is casteist and takes Brahmans. No job security. Action against HR must be immediate. Selected candidates must be stopped from joining due to malafide reason. Director involvement is nothing, thats why hr is enjoying.
