I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. It was a great time working there, speaking about the environment it was just amazing. The boss is friendly and helps you out if you've any problem, amazing team mates always supportive and motivating. Salary hike and bonus are given every year.

Salary is decent but then career growth is bit slow. You need to be adaptive and flexible.
