Megha City gas is good company as it provide good opportunity for the people who needs jobs. Coming to the culture it's good and it's totally depend on the person. .

Everything is good except the appraise system is not good, they are not judging the candidate and giving the payment. In my case i left the company only due to salary and appraisal issue as after 2 yrs and 8 month of service I got nothing.

Discrimination on the basis of North-indian and South-indian, even an ignorant person belongs to south is eligible for the top level management, arrogant site incharges, high level management is involved in corruption, 10 percent increment in 5 years for those who don't have any references, total waste organisation.

Management is not so good. There is No value for smart and hard working employees. The Grouth is given to gossipmonger(चुगली खोर।) It seems very crucial here compared to other companies and it is trending becouse of non involvement of HO and high level management. And even corruption is also there in ground level.
