I was worked almost near one year. At site levels there is huge corruptions. Difficult to survive the honest and hard workers. Company have good policies but at site level hidden the policies, not to meet the upto the mark. Apart from salary view, showing more on CTC bonus ,exgratia etc, while leaving Company there is no proper settlement w.r.t ctc.
