In my personal opinion, MEIL is a construction giant having experience in each and every trade of core engineering fields. Mr. P.V. Krishna Reddy,MD, MEIL is a very energetic, ambitious and enthusiastic person who believes that nothing is impossible. He conducts all the review meetings online with the site staff on monthly basis in which he goes into so much details that sometimes he directly talk with the concerned area Field Engineer and take the necessary decision on the spot. As far as responsibilities are concerned, if you are willing to perform, you will be get immense amount of powers, even your Project Head doesn't had that much power attached to his position. In short, at MEIL, hierarchy doesn't matter at all, all what matters is how much pressure you can take and what are the results you achieve for the goals of the company which is not a bad thing at all. Payments and bonuses are on time. It would not be an exaggeration to say that payments are best in concerned sector as far as it concerned mid level to high level management. Last but not least, Job security, which is the most important aspect of anyones life . At MEIL, it is ensured that your job is secured until or unless you haven't done any blunder. Overall experience in the company is good. As hierarchy doesn't matter in company, the responsibilities are also not fixed to the responsible person for the suitable post. Which sometimes makes difficult to work here. Key staff site officers such as AM,DM are not much technically sound, which creates a communication vacuum between th e departments coordination. Also, this leads delay in responding or to take decision on time. I think, this one field, in which company need to focus more. For skill development, it is limited to only some key staff personals only. Company should focus more on getting employees more trainings and certification which are best in their concerned field nowadays. “Great power comes with great responsibility" and if responsibilities are huge then they should be appraise great as well. Company should also take concern about their assets who are giving them best results....Read More
