There is no appraisal culture. Every 4 yrs they will do appraisals. No job security. Sudden transfers will happen. Layoffs will happen. We cannot think it’s a secure job.

I was worked in this company for 4 years, no opportunity is given to right person and you need reference from top management to get any support and growth You can join only if you have some influence from top management else please avoid Salary is on time but for increment and promotion you have to wait for atleast 4 years Please fix your salary and position suitably before join. All the best

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes.
