It was just a hussle with no right direction.

The management just layed off the whole City managers and fos heirarchy, a good number of more than 500 employees are layed off today, because the idea that the management spend their time brainstorming on with the top IIM grads FAILED TERRIBLY. So now in the new model of working CMs and FOS aren't needed. I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
