I have had immense learnings in just one month of joining. I love the ownership I have and appreciate that the team always values new ideas and opinions. It's a great place to work if you want to learn and grow in the ecommerce space.

Dislikes

For lateral hires, the onboarding experience could be improved. For people joining from non- ecommerce background, it can be overwhelming in the first few weeks. More knowledge sharing sessions should be conducted to facilitate smooth transition in this industry.
