It's all about politics, the old employees don't even welcome the new joinee, no support from either marketing or client servicing, Boss thinks she is the one god who handles everything, no respect to clientele. She don't even know to talk to employees everytime she steps in office feels like a headache, no work to do watches up the employees on cctv and afterall expects to wait post working hours. The salary part is so bad the boss holds up 15days salary, PF amt.,even deducts the bonus amt from the salary itself. Horrible place to work....Read More

Horrible and Worst company ever seen. If u join the same and leave it the boss goes around telling and bad mouthing about the employees.

Teammates: Most of them are either smart/willing to learn. Not both. Training: Non-existent Job security: Non-existent Career Growth: Sure, but don't expect an increase in pay. Travel: Not as a medical writer. Project managers do travel. Salary/Appraisal: Good appraisals for the people who have been with the company for a long time which is well-deserved because it's not easy staying in a company like this</mark>.
