Management has taken salary deduction but they are not providing that also, informed for 25% but deducting 45% & work has come up almost 3 times than earlier.

Management doesn't listen to our product-related requirements, No official information regarding working hours, we are working 13 hours a day but no-one rectifies & ignores the extra support. Unplanned tech service leads to the unhappiness of company clients but seniors don't care and they make us hear from clients.

Work Details

I am in sales profile at Medtrail technologies which on boards the doctors in market of NCR, now where market is only for 10 sales a month from all team and how a single individual will challenge for 20 doctors a month, that too in this down market time.

Oh.... They are great . They have supported us a lot by saving us from COVID 19 . For that they did a beautiful gesture towards their employees they throw us from the company. On the very starting point of lockdown I.e 30 march 2020. Awesome experience learned. Never be a part of a tiny startup. Thanks
