The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning, I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different situations within the same team

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

there is no guarantee in job, employee job security is so much terrible.

working with balnce life is impossible have to work atleast 14 hours. salary u cant expect as per performance

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
