Sometimes you will have to work more under pressure. Less chances of getting holidays. More responsible work so you can't get more holidays. Alternate Saturday off when I was working, but now they are 5 working days.

I joined this organisation as fresher, the learning opportunities and skill development for a fresher is good. If you can keep up with the pace they reward you good.

Dislikes

No work life balance, the recreation activities in office and out office are missing. Work culture sometimes become toxic. And compensation are really hard to get.

There is so much Politics. They always negotiate when it comes to appraisals. Always ask employees to work for more than 9 hrs per day and they decide employees hike based on their work hrs not based on their technical skills and achievements.
