I had started trying to be self starter. I completed their GMp certification well before time and on schedule this included construction of a bridge. worked from scrap to i. But still management dis not trust. Management was first cheated by relations

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
