Mediaocean has a unique culture that would make you very comfortable. It's hard for people to leave. Compensation is fairly good, leave policy is great, management is supportive and mentors your growth.

The company culture is really what makes this place bearable. People are helpful and have an overall pragmatic approach to problems.

Dislikes

US leadership is clueless when it comes to innovation or disruption. 1/3rd of advertising revenue flows from Mediaocean software, yet they can't increase their revenue. Something is terribly wrong with their strategy.
