The team which I got was excellent I was given freedom the explore other tools and technologies other than regular work which would be helpful to the team , company and myself. As my team was excellent I got very good quality experience in 1.5 years which is equivalent to 3-4 years else where so no dear of losing job.

The company culture is really what makes this place bearable. People are helpful and have an overall pragmatic approach to problems.

Dislikes

US leadership is clueless when it comes to innovation or disruption. 1/3rd of advertising revenue flows from Mediaocean software, yet they can't increase their revenue. Something is terribly wrong with their strategy.
