Teammates are not supportive and the management is biased and defer constructive feedback

Dislikes

Lot of politics and barriers, especially for women. Salary and career growth are not as per the work load. No work-life balance, late weekday and weekends work culture

I struggled a lot and learnt everything on my own, there is no proper guidance and training to upscale your growth. I fought to get a chance to perform multiple roles within the team, but with no guidance at all
