HR Management They laid of employees without prior notice and not only that hired bouncers to kick them out which was very humiliating.

All the goodwill the company had earned was only uptill 2020, since then the culture has become toxic, not just among upper management but also mid-level managers. There were companywide silent lay-offs in 2024 with nearly 30% of staff cut-off. Tech, product, business, sales across all divisions, the company is in a bad position. There was delay in appraisals for 2 years and even those who got were in the 1-9% bracket. They ask employees to come to office all 5 days, which is such a shame for a tech company....Read More

Horribly toxic Management. They used bouncers to escort laid off employees. Have even seen employees being given murga punishment in case they fail to meet targets.

Everything especially the middle management is unbelievably toxic in the max division. Product Managers have too much authority and they abuse that.

This company uses to be good. Not it has completely changed

Very bad toxic culture because of rude, demeaning upper management. Mass layoffs across teams going on. Silent firings and forced resignations is the norm here. Work pressure is too high. Managers are very judgmental. Full 5 days work from office
