HR Management They laid of employees without prior notice and not only that hired bouncers to kick them out which was very humiliating.

Hybrid work even though sometimes coming to office was so unnecessary. A drop back home.

Dislikes

Office politics, managers aren't skilled or knowledgeable of the work entirely. Immature people. Freshers hired and experienced employers are treated the same. Very Monotonous work with little to no learning.

Great work culture, good people around and HR's do listen to you. Since the pandemic have been given the option of working from home, which is a good thing, but as mentioned earlier, the work culture and environment makes you wanna return to office.

Dislikes

The scale of operations is massive, so it might take a while before your efforts are noticed and recognized.

1) Zero work life balance. Many times employees were asked to work on weekend, weekdays and even on public holidays. 2) No annual increments and other compensations. 3) No job security. Lost my job in lay offs and company hired bouncers for the process.

Frequent layoff before bonus and appraisal especially for experience folks across Marketing, HR and Finance. Very low appraisal numbers with biased appraisal, strict office working no Wfh. Weekend working is a norm here.Huge attrition due to last few years. Management is baised towards tenure employees hence not much growth for new joiners. Recently bouncer hired for layoffs and it's all over social media. Using outdated technology and currently surviving on investor money since company is burning money with no profitable vision in sight. Dislikes

Very bad toxic culture because of rude, demeaning upper management. Mass layoffs across teams going on. Silent firings and forced resignations is the norm here. Work pressure is too high. Managers are very judgmental. Full 5 days work from office
