All the goodwill the company had earned was only uptill 2020, since then the culture has become toxic, not just among upper management but also mid-level managers. There were companywide silent lay-offs in 2024 with nearly 30% of staff cut-off. Tech, product, business, sales across all divisions, the company is in a bad position.
