Frequent layoff before bonus and appraisal especially for experience folks across Marketing, HR and Finance. Very low appraisal numbers with biased appraisal, strict office working no Wfh. Weekend working is a norm here.Huge attrition due to last few years. Management is baised towards tenure employees hence not much growth for new joiners. Recently bouncer hired for layoffs and it's all over social media. Using outdated technology and currently surviving on investor money since company is burning money with no profitable vision in sight. Everything especially the middle management is unbelievably toxic in the max division. Product Managers have too much authority and they abuse that.

Very bad toxic culture because of rude, demeaning upper management. Mass layoffs across teams going on. Silent firings and forced resignations is the norm here. Work pressure is too high. Managers are very judgmental. Full 5 days work from office
