All the goodwill the company had earned was only uptill 2020, since then the culture has become toxic, not just among upper management but also mid-level managers. There were companywide silent lay-offs in 2024 with nearly 30% of staff cut-off. Tech, product, business, sales across all divisions, the company is in a bad position. Very bad toxic culture because of rude, demeaning upper management. Mass layoffs across teams going on. Silent firings and forced resignations is the norm here. Work pressure is too high. Managers are very judgmental. Full 5 days work from office
