I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Worst HR (Appala Raju) you may ever face with and their policies are even degrading which creates discord in every Employee. Cheap tricks and regional feeling while recruitment, appraisals No skill development. In fact one can rather loose their self confidence, knowledge and even forget their forte. Facilities are different for each department even though having same qualification.
