Lot of partiality is there, they are treating diploma candidates are higher qualified people then M.Sc, And there are two different kind of uniforms for people which is showing upper and lower class in the company And also policy's are different for the people which is means there is no uniqueness to the employees in the company

Best in Job security but poor culture, fare increments 10% minumum. Heavy work load and they treate you like slave not an employee.
