This is every time hiring and firing type of company with almost impossible targets which you won't be able to meet soon you will be insulted by operation managers so badly that you automatically with leave the company as soon as possible very bad sphere no support lot of people are greedy and dead they don't have any emotion don't even care because they are already frustrated with their own targets this is a third party type of company they operate like a franchise like corporator and broker and the only care about their revenues by hook or by crook during interview they will give you a fancy type of designation but make you work like a Telecaller soon you will get frustrated automatically you will lose your value and your value system...Read More

Good incentive structure. Supportive colleagues

Too much office politics, favourism. No work life balance. Weekends off but have to work on 1 weekend in a month. Timings are extremely odd. No time for anything else on weekdays. People had to come to office even when covid positive.
