Bro, I’m at a loss about where to start. I haven’t seen such a beautiful hospital infrastructure anywhere in India. But at the same time, I’ve never encountered such a horrible nursing staff. If you’re thinking of coming here, you better be prepared for a few things: 1. The work culture for nurses is terrible in every possible way. 2. Your seniors may not know much, but you’ll still have to follow their lead. 3. The nursing director lacks basic skills. Her decision making is awful she only likes those who flatter her. It doesn’t matter to her if someone is practical, skilled, and well-educated because, honestly, I doubt her own educational background. 4. Lastly, when you approach HR for help, they’ll throw up their hands too. They’re HR in name only, and the policies are nonsense. You won’t get any support. Nuclear Medicine Department of this Hospital is pathetic kindly do not apply in that department. The department is managed by Dr.Manas Sahoo and he is a pathetic human being and also a womaniser as he always prefer female doctors. Apart from this Medanta- The Medicity is a great place to work.
